Make a Face Pack

Now there are lots of ways of making a face pack but we just love to get the mud out! Clay is a great ingredient for helping to draw out dirt from your pores. This mask is made dry and has an exfollient added to give an extra layer of cleansing on rinsing. The exfollient being Chamomile powder also makes the mask smell divine – a double bonus!

When making your own cosmetic products cleanliness is key. If you are opting for “food grade” ingredients as we often do, watch out for signs of age. Oils that start to smell strong and fatty or that change colour should be thrown away. Anything resembling mould shouldn’t be used and products that have separated (the oil and water split) should also be thrown out.

This mask is great for all skin types!
