Beauty on the inside.

October 18, 2009

healthy soy cooking

I am bored of hearing that beauty is only skin deep. Beauty goes right through the core of us like a stick of Blackpool rock and that is why what we put in our bodies is just as important as what we put on them. Blackpool rock may not be the best choice but it is pretty tasty!

Anyway, I was lucky enough to meet up with Japanese chef to the stars (she cooked for the biggest looser TV show) Yoshiko from Healthy Soy Cooking in Sydney’s Bondi Junction.  Yoshiko brings the art of Japanese cooking to life while ensuring that each dish is nutritionally balanced, tasty and a delight to behold and once more she can teach YOU how to do it too!

I am a pretty terrible cook having burned both a spaghetti bolognese and sausages and mash this week and so am in need of both guidance and inspiration – something that Yoshiko is keen to deliver!

Not wanting to go it alone the Realize Beauty team would love to invite two of our Realize Beauty club members to join us at our three hour cooking class during which we will make a range of dishes and then gobble them all up while learning about the health giving benefits of the delicious fresh ingredients. All food made at our class will be vegetarian and low carbon (I won’t burn it 🙂 )
