Curious to know what you might win? Take a look at this…..
Indulgent Bath Syrup Treats by n-spa.
I bought these for the smell alone and was not disappointed – indulgent hot butter fudge, cranberry chocolate, chocolate waffle and gingerbread latte….. It would have been rude not to.
Yves Rocher Serum Vegetal.
This 7 day program promises to reduce the appearance of wrinkles leaving you with firmer, fitter skin within a week (or I think that is what it says what with me being unable to read French and all.
Yves Rocher Culture Bio
Another mini-range to spruce you up! This pack contains an awakening cream and a night cream containing a minimum of 98% of natural ingredients of which a minimum of 18% are from organic crops. Yves Rocher are renown for their highly active plant-based formulas so this is well worth a try.
Asda Young Skin Foaming Wash and Spot Treatment.
I bought these products to see what was available at the lower price range for problem skin. These retail at a very affordable $1-$3 per product and contain a few actives to help keep the odd break out under control. I particularly like the spot treatment stick with its Witch Hazel, Lactic Aid and Tea Tree oil blend of actives. Not bad for the money!
Phil Smith SOS Daily Defence
This went into the trolley because I just had to try out the 220C blow dry claim! Does it work? Well, it stands a good chance due to the presence of the polyquaternium 37 which is alleged to add body, bounce and shine while controlling frizz during blow drying. Chemically this is a substantive (sticks to the hair) conditioner which remains in the hair without weighing it down offering long-lasting protection and conditioning to the hair. However, the real star of the formula is the rather tricky sounding Sodium Laneth-40 maleate/styrene sulfonate copopymer as it is this that coats the cuticle enabling it to be hot-ironed to within an inch of its life without scorching. Yes it works if you can be bothered to use it 🙂
Baume Du Jardiner hand cream with seven magic plants!
Well the reason for this purchase was…… well, who could resist the allure of seven magic plants. I had to get out my magnifying glass to find out which ones they are talking about but when I did, I wasn’t disappointed. Here we go: Mimosa Teniflora, Verbena Officinalis, Arthemis noblis, Athaea Officinalis, Calendula Officinalis, Melissa Officinalis, Rosmarium Officinalis. This is one hand cream that I wish I was keeping.
In addition to that we also have a lovely verbena soap from the Provence area of France, two eau de toilette smelling of the Eifel tower (?), a lip balm and an Andrew Barton Frizz tamer mask pack. Not bad for a days work.
So, get over to facebook now and join in the fun, you have to be in it to win it!
