I dont think a toner is necessary, but I’m open to being convinced otherwise 🙂
I don’t think a toner is necessary either. I’ve used them in the past and they don’t make any difference to my skin. I do like using them as mists though, especially in summer cause I leave mine in the fridge so it’s lovely and cooling.
I think misting is fine coz I prefer double cleansing instead of relying on toners….

Can I just point out that it’s not toner, but cleanser, that the manufacturer is trying to sell here: “After cleansing every morning and night…”
They’re more interested in getting that message across than what you think about toner.
Not that I’m cynical or anything 😉
Although a toner might be necessary whenever I have used it I have not noticed a visible or tactile change in my skin…
Just spray a moderate amount of the toner, then dab it off with a cotton pad or ball. It’s not like everyone wears make up and we should get all the dirt off if we washed our face well. Toners are just for balancing skin’s pH and anti-aging purposes.
